Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by TechnoBird, these Terms and Conditions override any previous written, oral, or implied agreements. This agreement outlines the rights and obligations of the Customer when using our services.
TechnoBird reserves the right to modify or discontinue any portion of these Terms and Conditions at any time, including but not limited to services, pricing, and products. Any changes will be binding upon the Customer once they are published on the TechnoBird website. It is the Customer’s responsibility to stay informed about the latest version of these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use or access TechnoBird’s services.
TechnoBird’s services may only be used for lawful purposes. Customers may use the services to send or post content, which may become publicly available on the Internet. Customers are prohibited from submitting, publishing, or displaying content that is defamatory, illegal, abusive, obscene, infringing, or threatening, or that violates any local, state, or federal law in the US or Pakistan.
Customers are fully responsible for the content they share or make accessible using TechnoBird's network. You may not assist others in violating any laws or regulations. While TechnoBird is not obligated to monitor content, we reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content deemed unacceptable or illegal at our sole discretion. TechnoBird may also disclose content or account records to comply with legal requirements or requests from authorities.
Content related to pornography, adult merchandise, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited. This includes content that promotes illegal activities or may harm TechnoBird’s servers or other networks. Unacceptable content includes, but is not limited to:
The classification of content as unacceptable is at TechnoBird’s sole discretion.
Resources include bandwidth, server CPU, memory, and file storage. TechnoBird operates in a shared hosting environment, and customers may not use excessive resources that could impact other users. Excessive resource use is defined as consuming more than 10% of system resources for more than 60 seconds. If a customer's resource usage is deemed excessive, we will contact the customer to resolve the issue. If no resolution is found, we may suspend or cancel the account.
TechnoBird's hosting services are not intended for file storage, such as image, video, or sound libraries. These resources must be linked from the customer’s web pages.
Bandwidth limits apply: the Advanced Hosting package provides up to 4000GB of monthly bandwidth, with no single website allowed to exceed 150GB per day or 4000GB per month.
By selecting our services, you agree to pay the applicable fees listed on the TechnoBird website. All fees are non-refundable except for those covered by TechnoBird's "30 Day Money Back Guarantee." You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information, which may be shared with third parties as necessary to provide services. By submitting to this Agreement, you confirm that the provided information is truthful and that you will not use our services unlawfully.
Bank disputes or credit card chargebacks will result in the cancellation of your account, forfeiting all services and domain registration.
All TechnoBird services (except Managed Server Services) come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. This guarantee does not apply to Domain Name Registration, which is non-refundable once purchased.
Customers must not attempt to bypass or breach any security measures, unauthorized access, or interfere with other networks or systems. This includes hacking attempts, password cracking, or denial of service attacks. Violations may result in criminal or civil penalties. TechnoBird will cooperate with authorities on security investigations and may cancel the customer's account if unauthorized access is detected.
TechnoBird is not responsible for security issues arising from customer files, scripts, or databases. If unauthorized access occurs, we may cancel the account to prevent further access.
TechnoBird strictly prohibits the use of its services for sending unsolicited emails, spam, or mail bombs. This includes using our network to promote spam from other services. Violators of this policy may have their account terminated without warning, and any associated services will be cancelled. Any form of spam-related activity, including "safe lists" or "double opt-in" systems, will be treated as spam.
Any customer involved in spam activity will be subject to immediate account suspension or termination. Any associated charges, including cleanup fees, will be determined at TechnoBird’s discretion.
Customers using Virtual Private Servers (VPS) agree to abide by all Terms & Conditions for TechnoBird services. The following additional conditions apply to VPS accounts:
TechnoBird is not liable for data loss on a VPS. Customers are responsible for backing up their own data. In the event of software issues or data loss, customers must restore from backup. Failure to back up may result in the loss of all files and configurations.
VPS resources, including disk space and memory, are dedicated to each account. However, CPU usage is shared across all VPS accounts. Excessive CPU usage beyond defined thresholds may result in resource abuse penalties or account termination.
