Account Limits
- Each email account has a 1 GB storage limit.
- Each email account is restricted to sending a maximum of 250 emails every 60 minutes.
Email Requirements
To ensure compliance with legal standards, you must adhere to the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and other applicable laws regarding bulk or commercial email. Additionally, your bulk and commercial emails must meet the following requirements:
- The recipients must have explicitly consented to receive emails via an opt-in process or similar affirmative means.
- Your consent process must ensure that the person providing consent is the rightful owner of the email address.
- You must retain proof of consent, which can be provided upon request within 72 hours of receipt.
- Recipients must be able to revoke their consent easily, such as through an "unsubscribe" link or by replying with the word "Remove" in the subject line. Consent revocations must be honored within 48 hours.
- An email address for complaints (e.g., [email protected]) must be displayed prominently on any website associated with your emails. This address must be registered with abuse.net, and you must respond promptly to messages sent to it.
- A Privacy Policy must be posted for each domain associated with your email activity.
- You must have a system in place to track anonymous complaints.
- The source of your email must be transparent. The recipient's email address must be clearly visible in the body of the email or in the "TO" field.
- You must not send emails to an address that has experienced three consecutive delivery failures, especially if the time between the first and third rejection exceeds fifteen days.
- You are prohibited from sending emails to purchased or rented mailing lists. This practice is considered spamming and will result in the termination of the offending account.
- Any unsolicited email will result in immediate termination of the offending account. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy against spam.
These policies apply to emails sent using our services or from any network on your behalf that indirectly refers recipients to a website hosted via our services. You are also prohibited from using third-party email services that do not adhere to similar policies. These rules apply equally to distribution lists created by third parties.
TechnoBird reserves the right to test and monitor your compliance with these requirements, including requesting opt-in documentation from random samples of your email list. We may also block the transmission of emails that violate these terms. At our discretion, TechnoBird may require certain customers to seek prior approval for bulk and commercial email campaigns. This approval will not be granted unless the customer demonstrates compliance with all stated requirements.
